Can I pay with cash at the venue?

Imaginationation is a cashless venue.

 

Can I BYO food and snacks?

Please understand we cannot have external food at our venue due to allergies and intolerances.

Imaginationation offers a healthy and nutritious menu for both children and adults. There will be a range of smoothies, fresh sandwiches, pizza slices, fruit and veggie cups and healthy bowls available everyday.
 
We will also have leading baby and toddler food brand, Le Puree, available for the very little ones.

 

What is the price?

Please check the booking section to confirm the price as it fluctuates between peak play times. 
Adults are charged a fee to enjoy the venue with their child. IMAGINATIONATION is a venue for both adults and children to enjoy together and we hope you love the experience together.
Annual memberships are also available.

 

How does a membership work?

Imaginationation annual memberships are for a single child (the membership will be under your childs name) and any carer they are with when they visit. A membership is designed to be enjoyed for 1 to 2 hours, weekly, for 12 months. Plus you get a range of epic perks when you sign up!

 

Is the membership interchangeable?

No, each child will require their own membership and cannot be substituted for another child/relative. However, any single carer can accompany a child with membership on the day.

 

Can I add an additional child to the membership?

Yes, you can add siblings at a reduced price - please click book now in the website header above to see pricing.

 

How often can I visit with the membership?

Once a week for 12 months.

 

Can I have my child's party at Imaginationation?

Of course! We host great parties! Please check out our party page for availability and packages.

 

Do you offer low sensory times?
