Learning through play, the IMAGINATIONATION way
Daily kids activities at Imaginationation Chadstone include yoga, arts and crafts, music, slime, dance and science - all included with entry. Activities are designed for kids aged 0-7 and run every day at our Chadstone Shopping Centre venue in Melbourne.
Our weekly activities are a gentle introduction to play-based learning, where curiosity leads and fun comes first. Through movement, music, stories and imagination, children are invited to explore, participate and express themselves in ways that feel natural and enjoyable.
Our Activities
Designed to help children develop confidence, coordination and a genuine love of movement. Using core skills like running, jumping, throwing and catching, we build strong foundations for growing bodies.
- Builds gross motor skills through running, jumping, throwing and balancing.
- Supports confidence and body awareness as children try new movements at their own pace.
- Encourages turn-taking, cooperation and resilience in a playful group setting.
Our Dance & Music class is a joyful, interactive session where little ones can move, groove and enjoy new sounds. Designed to support coordination, listening skills and self-expression, this class encourages confidence and creativity.

- Encourages self-expression and confidence as children move, groove and explore creatively.
Our Art & Creative class invites little imaginations to explore, create and have fun through hands-on art experiences. We will experiment with colours, textures and materials using age-appropriate activities such as painting, crafting and sensory play.

- Supports problem-solving and independence as children make choices and explore materials freely.
Our Story Time session in the Cave of Colour offers a calm, low-sensory reading experience designed especially for young children. This session supports language development and a love of books in a peaceful, magical environment.

Our Movie Time session in the Dream Dome is a relaxing experience where children can unwind and enjoy a child-friendly film in a cosy, immersive setting. Designed as a calm break from active play, children are encouraged to enjoy the art of story telling via a unique 180 degree projection experience.
